These terms govern your use of the CARSHOPS by Infinity Marketing website, chat and Missed Revenue Audit booking experience. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Website and audit
The website provides general information about CARSHOPS and allows independent auto repair shops to request and schedule a Missed Revenue Audit. Audit observations are based on information reasonably available at the time and are intended for business evaluation and discussion.
No financial guarantee
Examples, estimates and repair-order values are illustrative. CARSHOPS does not promise or guarantee income, revenue, rankings, review volume, customer acquisition or any specific financial result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the shop, market, customer demand and implementation.
Appointments
You agree to provide accurate booking information and to reschedule or cancel if you cannot attend. We may contact you by text or phone regarding your requested audit, appointment logistics and related follow-up when you have provided the required consent.
Text messaging terms
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Commercial services
Scheduling or completing an audit does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to purchase or provide services. If you become a CARSHOPS client, the scope, fees, implementation obligations, cancellation terms and other commercial conditions will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person or use automated methods that create unreasonable load or abuse the booking and chat systems.
Intellectual property and third parties
The CARSHOPS name, branding, website content and related materials are owned by or licensed to Infinity Marketing Consulting and may not be copied or used without permission. The site relies on third-party services, including Cloudflare and HighLevel/LeadConnector, which may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and limitation
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation, and CARSHOPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website.
Changes and contact
